I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please understand that if an appointment is canceled without giving proper notice, or a client is a no-show, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
